Venngage Tutorials Series
This is where I document everything I try, build, and test inside Venngage. Each tutorial is a real use case, not a product overview. You'll find step by step walkthroughs, downloadable PDFs, feature breakdowns, and honest takes on what works and what doesn't.
Venngage is a design platform for presentations, infographics, reports, proposals, charts, social content, documents, and more. What makes it stand out is how much of the workflow is already built around AI, from prompt based design generation and content auto fill to branding automation, visual generation, writing support, translation, and accessibility checks.
Pull brand colors, fonts, and visual styles into your design faster. Apply logos and brand identity more consistently across presentations, reports, and marketing assets.
Turn a simple prompt into a polished visual starting point. Describe what you need in plain language and generate layouts built for stronger visual impact.
Start from a template and let AI populate the structure with relevant draft content. It is a faster way to kick off reports, proposals, presentations, and one pagers.
Create custom visuals that better match the subject, tone, and brand. This helps projects feel more intentional than generic stock based designs.
Rewrite copy for clarity, improve readability, and translate content directly inside the workflow. This makes it easier to build polished visuals for broader audiences.
Ensure every project looks great and works for everyone. Use AI to write alt text, check contrast, improve layout, and refine font readability. Export visuals and PDFs that meet WCAG accessibility standards without extra tools or manual fixes.
Venngage is built for more than one type of content. You can use it to create presentations, infographics, brochures, reports, proposals, charts, newsletters, roadmaps, pitch decks, contracts, social media visuals, HR materials, and accessible documents, all with AI built into the workflow.
Create AI assisted presentations, pitch decks, one pagers, executive summaries, and proposal slides for internal teams, clients, and launches.
Build reports, proposals, newsletters, contracts, roadmaps, case studies, and white papers with faster drafting and cleaner design structure.
Generate infographics, data infographics, charts, graphs, timelines, diagrams, SWOT visuals, and comparison layouts for clearer communication.
Create banners, social media posts, carousels, campaign visuals, HR documents, schedules, announcements, and branded internal resources.
Venngage is positioned as an AI powered design tool for business, marketing, education, HR, and accessible design. Their AI Tools page also highlights review scores across Google, G2, Capterra, and Trustpilot, which helps reinforce it as a mature platform rather than a lightweight design experiment.
Each part focuses on one Venngage feature or workflow, tested with a real project, not a demo. Every tutorial comes with a downloadable PDF you can grab from the Creative Vault.
AI Presentation Generator → I Tested It for a Real Pitch Deck
I used the AI presentation generator to build a Q2 product launch campaign deck from scratch. This tutorial covers the full workflow, including prompt writing, editing the output, generating better images and icons, running the accessibility check, and exporting the final presentation.
AI Image Generator → I Tested It on My Dog
I used the AI Image Generator to create custom dog illustrations, test different styles, recreate a real photo as a cartoon, and turn the results into a real design use case. This tutorial covers prompts, styles, the Modify feature, and a finished mouse pad concept.
AI Icon Generator → From Prompt to Real Brand Assets
I created a coffee related icon library from one short prompt, refined the set, and applied it across menus, merchandise, coffee bags, and branding assets. This tutorial covers inspiration images, style selection, icon editing, and recoloring the full system.
